Mmm, I love kale! I made a Toscano soup with kale last week, got the recipe from a well-known Italian restuarant and it was delicious! Mmm, mmm, mmm! I'd give you the recipe, but it calls for hot sausage, and I know you're a vegetarian. Anyway, yeah, I've noticed that when I eat kale, I get a greenish tint to my urine as well!

Sure! I'll do that! I've never had soy sausage...I usually use turkey sausage. I wouldn't mind trying the soy sometime!
I like soy sausage, but I don't really remember what real sausage tastes like to describe whether it tastes similar to the soy kind...
You sound like the kid who rang up my groceries the last time I bought kale. He looked at it, trying to figure out what to ring it up as, and finally says to me all confused-like "what the heck is this?!"
I didn't know it was possible not to know what Kale is. Maybe I just think that because I eat it all the time. It makes my pee a weird color too. Must be all the good vitamins.
Doubt if a lotta people here in the NW know about kale. Most people around here had never even heard of okra.
I always forget that I live in a place where practically the majority of people are vegetarians and are experts on all the vegetables.
I have never had kale. I love spinach and bok choy and things like that but never had kale. Dunno why. And I love vegtables and eat about seven types a day. *shrugs* Maybe I'll try it soon.
