wow. i have never seen so much propaganda in my life. in the drug facts section, you click on a drug and at the side it has little "reality check" facts. one of them was that "weed is illegal". you know what? JAY WALKING IS FUCKING ILLEGAL. so is running a red light at 3am on a back road. i wish dumbass propaganda like this would stop, and you would open your mind. 2 years ago i was VERY anti-drug, thank you school drug programs. i would never of touched the stuff. then my best friend became a stoner, and i saw what it was like first hand. eventually i decided to try it (not peer pressure, it was my own concise decision) and i found it was nothing that i thought it would be like. the only thing the people making this propaganda know about being high is what they see on t.v. (remeber the episode of the simpsons were homer gets medicinal marijuana? you know how many parents think that thats what its like to be high now?). this has to stop. people have to stop being so ignorent, and stop judging things they dont even know about or never done. im thinking a bake sale at abovetheinfluence headquaters. ill bring the brownies...
Exactly I checked out that website a little while ago and also made a thread about it. It really is sickening.
HAHAHAHAHA OMFG what a joke that site is. I will commend the site designers on a nice job though, they sure know how to dress things up. I also like how a random "myth" about Sex is thrown into the Marijuana Category. Makes us all look like horny little nymphos running around humping everything we can find like squirrels, which some of us are lol, but not because of smoking some dope, jeez. (Yes, I know Dope is slang for heroin too, but that's my nickname for cannabis so lmb). These sites aren't really worth much more than a laugh. Sure smoking herb isn't the GREATEST thing you could do to your body, but I love their complete lack of information concerning: http://www.erowid.org/plants/cannabis/cannabis_science1.shtml http://www.erowid.org/plants/cannabis/cannabis_media7.shtml AND ESPECIALLY L'ESTEREL, Quebec -- Heavy marijuana smokers show less evidence of lung injury than heavy tobacco smokers, and it may be cannabinoids that are protecting them from developing a condition like emphysema. http://www.erowid.org/plants/cannabis/cannabis_health1.shtml
