I would have guessed California, or maybe Colorado now that they're so famous for legalizing pot.

 

I find that list hard to believe. California #32 ?

I would think we would at least be in the Top 10. I can't even recall anyone from Vermont on this site.

 

Looking at the criteria it seems to be based on stupid stereotypes. I fucking grew up in Maine. Granted right next to a Navy base the place is redneck central with a handful of hippie outcroppings.
