Pretty funny. If I wanted to put out a video to discredit people like myself, I would put a video out like that and make all sorts of ludicrous claims. Of course it's going to make a rainbow if the sun is directed at a certain angle. No, I am pretty certain it has nothing to do with HAARP or chemtrails, but I can tell you a lot of things that do.
