I do agree in live and let live, however I think that the higher authorities are just trying to keep it somewhat under control. Can you imagine if everyone painted confederate flags all over black neighborhoods, and if people were being eaten left and right because it was somebody's belief? I am not yours to eat

Cocaine ruined my life..thank GOD i had the strength to overcome it..I'm not gonna go into details here, but damn man..that shit should NOT be legal. You are insane..you should take this as a second chance and do something productive with yourself. As far as I'm concerned, coke dealers are murderers. but who's to say it's going to ruin everybody's life who does it? and even if it did (hah), shouldn't they be able to try that for themselves? it's their life, their choice, no matter how foolish you may think it is.

let's pretend something, oh say, very loud speakers, they ruined my hearing. well, nobody should have that happen right? well, it should be illegal so nobody's ears will be ruined! not only that, people have to shout all the time so they can hear them, so that hurts their throat...! affecting other people, see. so let's lock everybody up who's ears are hurt, because not only is it for their own good, it'll keep their friends/family member's throats from being sore.

Yeah..so i may have sounded patronising..so the fuck what. Last time I checked this was a forum..which means you can post whatever you think. I don't give a shit if he explodes his heart with cocaine.. I just merely gave my opinion. Anything in moderation is ok...but I have yet to find someone who can do cocaine in moderation. I am not judging anyone here..I just know how hard it was for me. I've sat at a dealers house and saw women try to pawn off their babies diapers and such for it. Not a pretty sight. So no, I don't think it should be legal.

And another thing..you're comparing ear damage due to loud speakers to cocaine? That's ridiculous..i hope you know that. I'll slap on some belltones before getting a pacemaker any day. As far as the child abuse and drug thing...anyone who abuses their child is fucked in the head to start with, and I doubt cocaine influences those actions. On the other hand, I know people who NEGLECT their children under the influence of cocaine who wouldn't have otherwise done so.

 

no age is given of the origonal post about just getting out of prison, but since he never had another type job, Ib bet he is 15-18 years old and that "prison" was probobly just a youthful offender camp of some sort and if he gets back in business, and ends up going to a real prison for adults, 18 and over, the next time he gets out, he may have different thoughts. Why would you risk giving up freedom? Its the most precious thing we will ever have. I know,I speak from the heart. When I was younger, 16, I got into trouble, got sent off for about a year and when I got out, I thought, now Im tougher, now Im an ex-con and will do what I want. Well, I stayed out a few years but when I turned 19, I got into trouble again and this time I was sent to an adult prison and it was totally different, alot more dangerous and scary and I spent 4 years there. STAY OUT OF PRISON, get a real job and learn to live within your means. There are ways to make itin this world without risking your freedom. Think about it.
