If you’re referring to we of the african american persuasion, I can only tell you that we have a right just like everyone else in america to loaf, cheat, and steal, and be properly rewarded for it Hotwater
I do admit the basketball is a dominate black sport but no sadly this is not limited to any single race, it is a team effort period. As for "African American" its just a lame ass term, your american your american, if you want a sub title then accept anything a person wants to call you. Silly how any group asks to be treated fairly but demands a surname to theres like African, Asian, Native ect. Hell there are black people form other continents than Africa.
I rather enjoy prefacing my nationality with the word african, it offers meaning and purpose, and connects me to my ancestors and my distant past Hotwater
Did I just die and go to heaven, did you just ask if I would like to play with your balls?? No need to ask, sign me up!!!
and on that note, the radio this morning was talking about how in todays society we 'politically correct' everything to death. we can't call an apple an apple anymore for fear of offending someone. why can't we all be apples? Linda ... unique wedding favors
Why didn't he use the phrase "we can't call a spade a spade anymore for fear of offending someone" why can't we all be spades? :toetap05: Hotwater
It might offend people for not being able to call a spade a spade or a cracker a cracker or a spic a spic ect ect. No matter how you dice it, somebody is not gonna like it. :cheers2:
