8-10 inches sounds like a fair bit more than just lubrication. Maybe it was a female ejaculation, in which case I have never had that happen without orgasm, ..but I am not everyone so cant say that it could not happen without an orgasm. Other possibility is she actually pee'd which would explain the lack of orgasm accompanying it nicely.
