    I recently bought a juicer and have been making juice. Here are a few of the recipes that I like;

    1beet
    1cucumber
    2apples
    2carrots
    1\4 pineapple
    Small piece of ginger

    This recipe made about 24oz of juice

    1 bunch of kale about 5-6 leaves
    4 hand fulls of spinach (half of 10 oz bag)
    1 handful of parsley
    1 cucumber
    2 apples

    finally put together a green juice that is tastey and nutritious
    celery could also be added
