Recently entered the 60’s, still sex driven somehow but currently not getting it. I would masturbate more often but I kind of worry it could be detrimental. At least every other day. Doing fine physically for doing things except age affects quality of erections. Takes more time, less spontaneous now even if the mental part of it is still strong. Living in the eastern part of Canada, still working as a sort of second career until I get tired of it. It pays less than what I used to make but i goes on top of my pension. It helps that I work with a mature and helpful team otherwise I would be more open to leaving the workforce. I have a positive outlook about it.

I read something once, too much can take away from quality of sex with a partner due to stimulating the penis in a different way. But I’m no expert, I feel fine doing it regularly
