What is your favorite Johnny Depp movie and why? I loved him in pirates I'd have to say. He was pretty good in secret window. He looked weird in Charlie and the chocolate factory though. He looked like Michael Jackson!!! just wrong....

Oh, it's very good. It's probably my favorite horror movie, though there is a whole series. You've probably heard of Freddy Krueger--that's what they're based on. He kills people in their dreams. Anyway, Johnny Depp dies in the movie--it may have been one of his first movies.

You should rent it if you like horror movies, or comedies... I always seem to laugh while I watch them.

Strange that I stumbled upon this post... I JUST watched The Ninth Gate last night.
I don't think it was one of his best, but it was entertaining all the same.

I enjoyed him in the Secret Window, ooh and From Hell.

 

Yaaay! I like that movie!!! Not so shure I really like him blond though! lol!

Well Johnny is definitely a good actor i really like him. he is so cute but in his other movie I find him a partialyy little bit uncute especially in "charlie and the Chocolate Factory".

 

I liked him playing Edward Scissorhands in the film with the same name.

 

The fact he looked like a total other person in Charlie & the Chocolate factory is what makes him a good actor. It's one of my favourite roles of him, I also dig his acting in Fear and loathing and Sleepy Hollow.

 

I have always liked Johnny Depp ever since he starred in the tv show 21 Jump Street, one of television's best shows ever. Of course, after Jump Street, Johnny started to star in some pretty bizzare and off the wall movies, which didnt really help his credibility much. But their have been some good ones mixed in as well. I always love What's Eating Gilbert Grape, and I think that may be Leonard DiCaprios best film as well. Also, Blow was a great flick. But the one I like the best from Depp is a relatively unknown movie called Dead Man. It is filmed entirely in black and white, and is a western. Check it out if you can.

Hehe. I LOVE JOHNNY DEPP. My favorite movies by him is Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Benny & Joon, and Sweeney Todd. He's just so unique and wonderful.

One word about him: beautiful. Anyway...I loved him in all the Pirates movies. He can really be a pirate ~ he has the attitude and drunkenness of one lol. I liked him also in From Hell, The Astronaut's Wife ( hell yea lets make babies johnny, lol ) and some others I cant think of right now.

 

fear and loathing in las vegas is my favorite film of him.in a month i saw it three times!!!
