Well, what does everyone think of him? I think he would be a way better president than Hillary or Barack Obama, and I think he is the only one who stands a chance against the Republican canidate in 2008 (McCain, Romney, Newt).

So, do you think he has a shot?

I don't think he has nearly the political experience to do it. He was in the senate for one term and ran as a VP. At least Hillary was at Bill's side throughout years of politics and then entered the senate, and Barack had Illinois politics for some time before running for Senate.
I worry that Barack could benefit from some more time in politics...Edwards undoubtedly.

I like him. But from a marketing standpoint...he's just too cute to be taken seriously.
Hillary...give me a break! A woman that stands by a wowser just to benefit herself is no one a real thinking modern woman is going to vote for. It's a ploy for the collusive powers of both major parties to elect whoever it is they see as the heir apparent. Probably McCain with Lieberman as his VP...wouldn't that be a great ticket. Both parties get it stuck to them, and who can complain?

but he may as well be talking to John Edwards lol

Nah, he may have a nice smile but I would like to hear what his actual politics are, not just typical Hydra slogans like "lower taxes, more freedom"
blah blah to john edwards, he may mean well but it probably won't matter
    sorry about my negative vibes

I think he would probably make for a more convincing puppet than Bush. That's about it. The office of Presidency has always been about little more than image, and it's not like the direction this country is headed is going to change if we have a Democrat elected to office. It's just two different ends of the same system.

I vote using astrology. Edwards is a two-faced Gemini. With Edwards we'd have two Presidents, so to speak. And from day to day, you'd never know which one is in office.
