The Great Year occurs about every 26000 years. It is due to a phenomenon called the Precession of the Equinox’s, and about every 2150 years the Earth’s axis tilts toward a new Sign. These are called the Ages, and right now there is excitement as we enter the Age of Aquarius.

At the beginning of each Age a new teacher appears to help teach mankind how to live under the new age. Jesus' influence was so huge that even the great religions Islam and Judaism recognise Him as a Prophet.

Jesus came at the beginning of the Age of Pisces, represented by Two Fish bound by a silver cord going in opposite directions. (Pisces is one of the three Mystery Signs, along with Scorpio and Cancer.)

Jesus was called Ictus, meaning “fish” in Aramaic, the language of Jesus.

He chose fishermen as his disciples, especially Peter. He told them he would make them “fishers of men”.

The Christian prayer involves the hand-shape shape of the fish, and it is the shape of Christianity. The Bishop wears a hat called a miter that is in the shape of a fish.

Jesus chose 12 disciples, not 11 not 13 notice but 12, one for each Sign of the Zodiac.
Leonardo da Vinci's great painting "The Last Supper" actually arranges the disciples according to sign, Peter at the left as Aries and Judas as Pisces the betrayer at the extreme right.

At the great feeding of the 5,000 He chose two fishes and five loaves … the two fishes are Pisces the five loaves represent the opposite Sign Virgo, a maiden bearing five sheaves of wheat.

He was crucified on a Friday, the day of Venus (Fria’s day in Norse and Vendredi in French), the planet exalted in Pisces. It is why Catholics eat fish on Friday.
He rose on Sunday, the day of the Sun.

There are numerous other symbolism's Jesus used to establish the Age of Pisces.

He will appear again in the next 100 years or so under another name to usher in the Age of Aquarius.

but people talk about the 13th sign, "forbidden" b-cauz it's a powerful sigh that the leaders steal energy from (not my theory), and the end of the age of pisces is also the end of the age of Jesus, in the age aquarius you 'll survive best by being free in you mind, not a martyr

Indeed the end of Pisces will be the end of Jesus. But that Soul will be here under another name - remember Jesus was called Ictus the Fish (in Aramaic Greek) and symbolized the Fish of Pisces.

We are already seeing the dissolution of the Christian Church. Year after year you will see it weaken until it finally collapses and two hundred years from now it will be completely gone. This is not bad, it is the way of the world.

In its place will be brought forth a universal consciousness where you will be able to link consciousness and thoughts with other humans and groups of humans. This will continue to lead to factions and devastating wars and turmoil … Aquarius will NOT bring peace to humankind, simply universal communication.

2100 years hence we enter the Age of Capricorn, with unprecedented riches and unprecedented burdens for humans … it will be the times when men own planets and even systems. Aquarius will bring enlightened souls into the world, Capricorn dark ones.

ACTUALLY, do you remember the day of judgment?(bible thing)
I say when the age of aquarius actually STARTS (since it didn't start yet), this shall happen ( you DO know that all the prophecies of the bible have been fullfilled? except two, one of which there's the anti-christ wanting to make this world one government, one language, one currency, etc. a few years ago the Euro was introduced...notice anything?)

According to the bible,After judgment there will be a new Earth and Heaven. Meaning we'll start all over again. Interesting, no?

Just something that crossed my mind. In other words...christianity may not end...

Christianity as we now know it will end ... or rather transmute into the New Age. But the Great Soul that is Jesus will return and teach mankind how to live under the new influences of Aquarius.

The next 100 years or so will be full of massive turbulance and incredible violence. It is obvious this will happen. It is also certain there will be a uniting of world values you allude to before the Beast appears and charms us all for a moment or a decade. This may not happen in our lifetime though.

We really are on the brink, there is no doubt. 2005 is a marked year.
The good news is that Satanic forces cannot ultimately defeat the forces of Light.

    According to this thread: http://www.sqlspace.com/viewtopic.php?t=1141&postdays=0&postorder=asc&&start=0&sid=428485370cb1d2330ff1c4733cc423de
the anti-christ is alive and well (he's a scorpio, said to be born 1999). I found it while searching for info on him (I typed in: anti christ, what if we're on mars?...-lol).
so they say he's 6 years old now. When he's around 20, the age of aquarius will, most likely, have already begun. That's scaring the crap out of me!! (I just decided to become christian today, interesting that I'm ALREADY talking about him... )

So I doubt that there will be another 100 years..:(
    *gets goosebumps*

Anyway, Age of Aquarius-age of change- Changing world. IMO

Don't be scared ... there's nothing to be scared of.

We are simply living at the edge of a major change in planetary consciousness.

It is the most wonderful time to be alive as you watch the transition from the old to the new, in the way that those who revered the Ram of Aries and before them the Bull of Taurus must have felt, and the Twins before them and the Cat of Cancer before them.

Sleep well and have no concern. Keep a diary. Things will start to speed up and then slow down and then speed up again and all will appear to go mad, but the madness is necessary for massive change. Don’t worry it is the way it has to happen.

Remember we are moving from one AGE to another, it only happens every 2160 years or so …

I read that in around the year 1953, we spent one day of the year in Aquarius, and that since then that number keeps growing each year.
Is that a common belief? If so, when are we completely in Aquarius, and when do we pass the halfway in mark, where we spend more of the year in Aquarius than Pisces?
    I also read this:
    Aries: Abraham
    Taurus: Moses
    Pisces: Jesus

as being the avatars of the ages.

Yeah, it's around 2,160 years for the cycle, the age of Aquarius stared in 1959, and read about G.W> Bush being the anti-christ - there sure is lots of evidence there...

fascinating stuff. though GW ain't great, i don't think he qualifies as the anti-christ. i just don't think he great enough. though the one world gov't is moving together, with the "12 kingdoms" joining (european union) and all that stuff, i'm just gonna sit back and enjoy the show.
