For a while here (down south) everyone was talking about JEMP records and how they have booked the Spectrum in Philly for halloween and MSG for New Years. All that talk has died down. Recently I heard that the JEMP rumors were just a hoax. Someone told me that JEMP itself was just a hoax. that JEMP as we know it really didnt exsist. He said that "JEMP" is actually a german death rock band or some shit. But this guy is a conspiracy theory nut and claims that the Bush family was behind the Kennedy assasination. Maybe. But at any rate, JEMP does exsist as I just found out by the way Anyways I did hear something that was more beleivable. The 76ers are scheduled to play the same night that the rumours say JEMP has booked at the spectrum. Thats the word down south. Anyone else hear anything? Are the JEMP rumors a hoax? Peace

well, mr. party pooper, just a few facts for ya. the 76ers are NOT scheduled to play those days in the spectrum. in fact, they haven't played a game at the spectrum since April 19, 1996 (when they moved to the then CoreStates, now Wachovia Center). but you are right about one thing: JEMP records does exist. none of this is to confirm or deny any rumors, but it is here to clear up your ignorance. the only thing worse than being ignorant is passing your ignorance on to others under the guise of providing "information". ....and that is all i have to pass on down south
