I still say Trump and Barr had him killed because he knew too much. The word is out about Epstein video-taping the sexual activities at his island. So now, lots of rich powerful men knew they were exposed to blackmail after the video tape. Epstein is reported to have acquired his $77,000,000.00 New York estate for $1.00! How does that happen these days?

 

assuming it's true, i don't think HIPAA is the main issue with someone implying that they were present during a murder.

 

Everything seems to point in that direction.

They knew he tried to commit suicide, so they decided to create the circumstances by which he could succeed.

First they would have to have him removed from suicide watch. (the problem is several high ranking administrators had to sign off on Epstein being taken off including the senior psychologist and the warden)

Secondly they would surreptitiously have Epstein’s cellmate transferred (the problem is the warden would have to agree and sign-off on any prisoner transfer)

Thirdly they would have to send a message to Epstein threatening him of what might happen if he cooperates with the prosecutors, and to keep his mouth shut,. The message would also include a promise
that he would be given an opportunity to kill himself and to look for it in the near future.

(The problem is they would have to have personal knowledge of the day to day activities within the facility, including personnel assignments, and have knowledge of the severe under staffing
and incompetence of the warden and senior officials)

You are close … in my thinking. I was also wondering if he was taken out of his cell to be killed then put back in it. There are reports he had broken bones in his neck. But … there was no place to tie the rope high enough for him to drop hard and break his own neck. He was found tied to the upper bunk and his knees on the floor. That would not have broken his neck. In another scenario, someone walked into the cell with a tool to choke him and break his neck. The Mafia in New York calls that tool a Garretta. I think it took a lot of force to get that killing done. Epstein did not kill himself that way. And, William Barr has been very quick to take control of all of the DVD Videos and other evidence from Epstein's house and island retreat … to protect Trump. That's what I call organized crime.
