My old-man and I just got in alot of trouble recently with pot. In our state of lovely South Dakota possessing up to an ounce is a felony. We had 4 oz. We got totally fucked. My old-man is on paroll so I waived my rights and said it was mine and that he had no clue that there any pot in the car. Well of course the highway patrol had to be a fucking dick and charge him with felony possesion along with me. He can't get out of jail because the reason he went to prison was because of a failure to appear. 2 dayz after we busted I find out I'm pregnant. They are trying him as a habitual offender with has a max sentence of 15 years. I just need some support in want to do. Thank you for your time Love jenna
Goddamn it, that pisses me the fuck off. I do apologize for my outbursts, and I am truly sorry that you are in that ridiculous situation because the geriatric dinosaurs are in control and think they "know what is best" for everyone. My only advice would be get one hell of a good lawyer! With mandatory minimums now, there is less judicial discretion. This is just pisses me off. I am going to press this issue in my next editorial. Fuckin' drug war bullshit....
jail or prison? go with the low-security prison... why did you take the blame if it was your dad's fault? and how did you get pregnant (unless you were trying, sorry)?
