it is mid sept but plant wont flower

been outside since march its sept now the leaves are small curling no sex yet no bud????

Any way I black box beginning mid july growing outdoors at my latitude. That is I block out the light to an average of twelve on twelve off using a greenhouse that I can cover. My entire crop will be finished the 15th of sept.

 

We can also induce through timed nutrient regimen but primarily flowering is photo sensitive..

 

street lights, moon light, automobiles lights all hinder flowering..

 

Ive seen bonfires ruin quality of buds. The fire light caused the flowers to grow airy.
