    i have been chatting with a lady who makes her own soaps and asked her if she can do a plain soap with no shea butter or other additions. she said she can do a plain soap bar so i asked for an ingredient list, this is what it contains;
    Aqua
    Glycerin
    Sodium Stearate
    Propylene Glycol
    Sorbitol
    Sodium Laurate
    Sodium Laureth Sulfate
    Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
    Sodium Chloride
    Stearic Acid
    Lauric Acid
    Pentasodium Pentetate
    Tetrasodium Etidronate

    any good or a big no no?
    many thanks!

    agreed! that is not soap lol! yucky chemicals and sls do not make a soap, just a detergent.
    you should be able to find real pure soap (vegetable glycerine/oil or such and lye) at any healthfood store.
