Look at fractals. The universe gives birth to other universes. This universe was birthed from another. Don't ask me how that works...I have no idea.
what would happen if it ended? would there just be a wall or something or perhaps it is shaped like a circle and if you go one way long enough you end up where you were before. I really don't know what would be true with it weren't infinite...
i think our universe is finite. perhaps there are other universes, perhaps not. i think there is an end somewhere. or maybe just a reflection?
maybe for every atom in our universe, there is another universe. fuck keepin up with that shit. if there was ever a god, he gave up a long time ago.
dunno. my personal uneducated guess is that there is an end to things existing in the universe, but not the universe itself. in other words, if you go far enough there won't be any more galaxies or anything, but there will still be more space forever beyond the end of the inhabited universe.
because forever, IS the edge of the universe. there is no center because forever is defined by where the universe ends. there is no center because there is no center of infinity.
Yes yes.... OR every point is simultaneously the center and end of the universe. There is no outer edge in any direction and all matter can be divided sub-atomically infinitely making the inner universe without end.
i say that because circles have no beginning or end. 'tis but a proposition. is there really an answer?
oooooh, ok i see what you're saying. you mean the continuous line around the edge; i was thinking you meant the center point of the circle, as in the point where two diameter lines would intersect.
