is robotripping scummy?

some guy told me that robotripping is scummy as it's a desparate attempt to trip/get high.
personally i disagree.

what do you think?

 

man i REALLLLLY hate it, it is like a half psychedelic, personally i think it is a similar affect of being drunk. i gain no introspect at all, no visuals. nothing even remotely compared to anything else

 

I did it to get a feel of what a trip might be like before I did anything else, but it sure as hell didn't feel good.

Robotripping sucks.

 

I think that if you use it alot than i would call it scummy but its good in moderation it makes me feel great and relaxed so i like it.

 

I think robotripping is scummy. It gave no feel for good or visuals I just had a stomach ache and those sick nasty feelings for a day

Gotta agree with the general concensus, while I did do it 3 times and did get visuals unlike what most people have reported, I can't sugar coat it, yeah...it's scummy last time made me feel like complete SHIT the next day, I thought my brain was bleeding and very well could have been for all I know...haha also last time I bought gel caps and had to show my ID the lady said something along the lines of "It's so sad that we have to ID for this just because 12 and 13 year olds get their kicks from drinking it." haha THAT made me feel scummy cuz that's exactly why I was buying it...ironic

 

hmm... what if you are using the pure dxm and not the store bought stuff?

i've had a lot of great trips with plenty of visuals and a higher sense of being.
lots of introspection and general euphoria.
if you didn't get visuals, you clearly didn't take enough

 

Why wouldn't you just eat some shrooms and smoke a joint? Seems to me like it would be the better option all around. What is the appeal of robotripping over pot and shrooms?

 

cuz its cheap and legal, and easy to get. i dont do it anymore but about 3 years ago i did. robotussin, coriciden, benadryll...benadryll i wouldnt recommend though. i had a bad experience when i took about 22 of them and wandered out of my house at 4 am. i hid behind a tree from my "stepdad" with some "people" from school (all vivid, realistic hallucinations) and one of my "friends" came up to me in tears telling me that another friend of ours had died from alcohol poisoning earlier, so i got all upset and for some reason told my "friend" i would go back to the house to get her water. when i went back inside, my mom caught me and had to calm me down and then realized that i was fucked up off my ass. so i was sick, confused and very very grounded. no fun. but thats what you get for doing dumb things like taking eleven times the recommened dose of a drug.

 

Yeah i think it is an easy way to trip or whatever. I think its stupid. Your heart race and your blood pressure rises, you can even have seizures and an elevated body temperature. I did it once and all it did was make me feel sick and tired so now i just stick to weed and sometimes alcohol

Ok back on topic, yeah thats what i diddn't like dxm gave me irregular heart beat, and i did not like that!

Expensive shrooms? Sounds like rip off artists to me, or the shrooms pass through too many hands before reaching you. You should try growing them yourself. It's cheap and easy. $10 will buy you a spore syringe good for ten ounces of ultra fresh fungi. The supplies are only around $10 as well.

I still don't understand the appeal of robotripping. Legal or not it still sounds like a shit trip.

I've had two unique but not very fun experiecnes robotripping although two of my friends beg to differ, one saying that he and 3 other friends were on a pirate ship each of them being able to control where it went (most likely BS) But coricidin taken in very large doses, a 24 pack (from CVS, Walgreens ,any pharm, etc) can produce out of body experiences but were terribly frightening for this one individual leaving him crying. But yes , if you can get your hands on some pure DXM you are better off BTW it's the only untraceable drug via Mail hence it's non-oder. So take it from me robotripping is fun but very limited on the trip it takes you to.

 

^^i disagree. the trip is based on the individual. every trip is as limitless as the universe itself. we provide the limits
