Buying in bulk could save some money I suppose, but it raises the stakes somewhat. It depends what you mean by bulk, but it seems to me that it would be more tempting for someone to rip you off, and if you're busted the penalties could be higher.
That's a good point. I say by bulk because i"m not sure how it's sold. I think she is purchasing it by the gram. I wonder what the next step up is from that. For instance, I've heard that if you buy a bag of smoke it's cheaper to buy an oz instead of buying quarters at a time. I assume it would be the same concept, right? :troll:
