My good friend, Jake, passed away in 2000 from, supposedly, a heroin overdose (there were 2 autopsies done, and they were both inconclusive as to what killed him.) For a few years prior to his death, he had an eerie presence about him, like the Grim Reaper was up his ass all day and night. A couple of years ago I started having dreams that he would sort of pop up in, not really dreams about him, but that he would make a "guest appearance" in. They became recurring, like twice/ week. I noticed he was really vibrant looking and had a lot of energy. So about 4 weeks ago, I had a dream that he showed up and started talking to me, and was really excited about something. I kept thinking to myself, "he's dead". So I looked him in the eyes and said "Dude are you alive? I thought you were dead!" And he looked me in the eyes with a big smile on his face and said "Yes!" Then I grabbed his arm and squeezed it up and down to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Then I woke up. It is very like him to answer a question like that, but in all the dreams he had a vibrance surrounding him, and his skin was healthy looking (in life, he had a gray tint). Since that dream, 4 weeks ago, I haven't had another 1 about him. Can anyone tell me what this means???????? Thanx!!
The soul lives on after the body dies. In my heart of hearts, I believe that Jake is alive in spirit. It's quite possible that he appeared to you in your dreams to give you comfort. It sounds like he's happy where he is, and now that he has contacted you he has done what he came to you to do.
