Masturbation is a healthy thing to do for anyone, regardless of their penis size or what not, as long as it does not become an obsession. You're a teen, so it's quite natural to feel the urge to masturbate more, and that's fine for the most part. Sometimes I would do 5 times a day back in my day myself, lol. As long as you do it with clean hands and be gentle enough with the sensitive skin of your genitals, it's beneficial to health.

Now, one thing.... Just because you have a partner doesn't mean you have to stop masturbating. Masturbation can become a part of what makes your love life exciting, depending on how it's incorporated into that aspect of your life. Also, it's a good thing to do in situations where your partners aren't available for whatever reason. A couple, married or not, should have a positive and healthy outlook on masturbation as well. :)

Thanks for the much needed information dear . sometimes my muscles of Penis creates a Pain whenever i cums for 4-5 times in a day or sumtimes it also effects my head with a slight pain in head ...this may be due to the erections of calcium with my sperms :(

    You're welcome.

Well, it's not as uncommon for a guy to experience a dull ache in the penis after ejaculation(especially when he gets an erection after that). Some people experience this, some people apparently don't. I've always been the former ever since I began ejaculating, so I'm no stranger to that dull ache myself. I've never had any headaches from ejaculating, though... Do you keep yourself well-hydrated? Headaches have been known as one of the signs of dehydration, and that's why your head hurts when you have a hangover(alcohol dehydrates you). Just a thought..... :)

Masturbation will be a helthy "exercise" especially as you get older, because it keeps the prostate busy, keeping it from becoming dormant and hard.

Most of us cannot fuck as often as we need to get off, and that includes married guys, too. The natural solution is to masturbate as often as you want to. And, your wives will probably be greatly relieved if you get-off on your own, instead of pressuring her to let you fuck her so often.

There's been a total turnaround over the past couple of generations. Whereas boys (and girls) would be fed horror stories about the effects of masturbation, such as hair on the palms / bad eyesight, etc., nowadays, now that sex education has become a compulsory part of the education curriculum kids are told from the start that masturbation is perfectly normal & extremely healthy. As well as reducing the risks of prostate cancer it also excercises the heart, helping reduce blood pressure.
It's also the ultimate form of 'Safe Sex'.

In short, masturbation is all pros & no cons (so long as it doesn't get in the way of your daily life, of course).

PineMan is exactly right about Masturbation being all positives, and no negatives. I believe the reason that "authorities" in past generations spoke against masturbation was that they felt guilty about having done it themselves, and wanted to pass that guilt onto the next generationk in an attempt to aleviate their own guilt.

I agree that Masturbation is THE basic form of sex, and it is only after it has been learned well, that one is ready to get out and share the orgasmic experience with other persons.

I wonder if it makes any difference avoiding masturbating for several months / or a few weeks at a time & then seeing if it increases the amount of semen you produce or if it doesn't make any difference ?

It certainly does. Because I have problems reaching a climax, due to the side effect of epilepsy meds, whenever I have a sex date lined up I do my best to make it at least 2 days away, so that I can abstain from my typical 2 - 3 a day sessions. Even after this short period I will be busting to ease the tension, let alone what it would be like for weeks.

It was bad enough when I had to undergo my circumcision last year, when I was able to masturbate until the stitches had dissolved, which was liable to take 3 - 4 weeks. However, even with this restriction placed upon me, after a week I couldn't hold back any more & resorted to simply stimulating the coronal ridge with 1 - 2 fingers & plenty of steroidal cream (basis liquid paraffin) as lube, which I had previously been prescribed in an attempt to stretch the foreskin in a futile attempt to avoid having to go through the procedure. The subsequent orgasm was mind blowing, and the ejaculation went everywhere & seemed as if it was never going to stop.
