darn, but this dosnt make sense:

LSD is list I / schedule I in the Netherlands. This makes it illegal to possess, distribute, and produce without a license. The use of LSD is not illegal.

^how can you use it, but not possess it? Or is it like the marijuana law in US made a long ago, like "you need a tax stamp for marijuana, but we produice no stamps, therefore you cant have it "

 

Well you cant use it without possesing it I guess, but they cant arrest you only if you are high on it...

btw I dont know if its legal anywhere else than title land, its just that I live there and dont get out too often

mexico and russia are the places with laws near enough to legalisation.

 

I heard it's illegal in every country in the world, and it makes sense too. It takes people out of the brainwashed economic systems of the world which give governments their power. But does anybody know about third world countries? or the north and south pole? or the ocean? (haha)

 

If you lived on Antartica, since it is not a country and there is no law enforcement there, you could be free to do all you wanted.

If you have all the right permits and documents, it can be legally obtained in the US. Its just that almost no one ever does.

 

what if there was an LSD lab in international waters? Say on a chemistry cruise ship or something... You know I always wanted to book a counter culture cruise, we all load up on a big ship and as soon as we're in international water one half of the ship turns into a rave and the other a music festival... Thats only a dream though.

Hey that is a really good idea! There are no laws concerning Antartica and international oceans/seas, so no one would be able to do anything about it.
