Is it possible for a person to have multiple nervous breakdowns within their life?

I had a nervous breakdown once many years ago. It wasn’t very nice. However, I am grateful for it cause I was way too sensitive for a guy before and cried too much. Now, I don’t cry anymore.

Anyway, if anyone is curious on the psychology of it, I will go into more detail.

Nervous Breakdown is an outdated term.

It was used as a catchall term back when, so it can describe different things. One of the things it was used to describe is a Psychotic Break.

nervous breakdowns are basically just like chicken pox. once you've had it once, you develop an immunity. also, it's way more severe when you have it as an adult. this is exactly why parents enforce rules that make no sense to their kids; they are trying to get their once-in-a-lifetime nervous breakdown over with while the kids are still young.
