Is it possible for someone to fall in love with someone on Hip Forums that you have never met? Tell me your experiences?

I met my boyfriend in an AOL chat room when I was thirteen.
I moved in with him when I was sixteen.
Now, I'm twenty-one and we're still together.

 

i met an ex of about 2 years on a sublime website. good times.

But seriously I think that's more than possible. Especially when two people meet in a site where they have common interests, like art sites, writing sites, most social networking sites, and yes, hipforums.

I met an x while in a Yahoo chat room some years ago. We were together for almost 3 years until I fucked it up : (

 

ive been pals with this guy from another county for over 6 years now. we have never met and have a true love between us that exists through occasional video chats/messenger chats. over six years im pretty sure we would have just as well of a relationship in person as we do online.
i almost want to drop everything and move to him sometimes!

i know it does sound silly, but its really not.

thats why there are things like match.com etc..

its easier to meet somebody online rather than in bar.. they arnt drunk for one thing.. ha

 

I knew this chick online once that met this guy. They like talked for maybe 2 months and all of a sudden, they were going to get married. The dude flew from New Jersey to Hawaii and married her. Just like that. Without getting to know each other f2f first. I hope it worked out for them.

 

i have meet some nice people and by meet i mean just made an online connection.

There was this one woman we kind of had a doctor lecter jodie foster relationship. We talked and talked and she cut things off or at least pissed me off enough so I would not want to talk to her. recently she seemed to put her life together. It seemed possible that we might one day meet...

 

I met a girl on here, and dated her on and off for 5 years, but it ended up being too hard, with the long distance and the different plans, once we got older... It was pretty nice while it lasted..
but after that now Im totally numb to emotional relationships.

 

It is possible. A couple years ago I met one guy on here and we fell in love. It was on and off for quite a while, but it didn't work out. He doesn't even post here anymore.

Then there were two others but they didn't work out either...I don't look for relationships on here, don't get me wrong. lol I guess it's just the way it happens.

Ultimately, distance was always the problem. One or both of us was always unable or unwilling to be together. Oh well.

I met sum cool ppl on facebook hehehe but yes its possible, I asked myself thousand times if its possible to fall in love with someone online

 

I met my ex on here...extremely nice guy. loyal, open minded, we were friends for a long time so yes it is possible.

Yeah there are at least half a dozen girls I think I've managed to fall in love with on here. One or two of 'em even know it.

 

I dig a lot of guys here too. But the ones that seem to be close to my area, are boring. Weird. but out of state guys are chill
