Hi. The very first site I ever joined for forum discussions was called Adult Friend Finder, back in 2007. They were charging some not-insignificant money just to be able to do essentially what is still possible in all these other free sites like Hip forums. Last time I subscribed, they still charged £25 a month for Gold membership. There are countless scammers there. How come they still have subscribers willing to pay so much when the chances of actually getting laid on that site is no better than in any other free site even though they style themselves as a sex site? Anyone ever a member? Please do share opinions and experiences
My lady and I have a joint membership on there, but we are no longer paying members so it is useless to us! We did not find it very useful when we were gold members either. Lots of responses, but never what we are looking for.
I've gotten two long-term sexual partners thru AFF. I hate some aspects of that site, most particularly that there is no way to block people from appearing in search lists. But, hey, it worked very well for me.
I LOVE AFF! I've met lots of great people on there. Some that I have sex with, and some that I don't.

That's not true. I already told you it worked for me and I don't have a Beckham look. I don't know what other sites you are referring to (Craigslist?) but as sketchy as AFF is, Craigslist is sketchier. I didn't even know that people looked to hook up on HF. How do you even know where they live? Often you don't even know what sex or orientation they are.
People on free sites are generally creepy and gross in my experience. The way I see it, if they're willing to pay for it, they're likely going to be better options.
