Iron & Wine

I reccommend it !

 

I love his voice and i love the way he plays guitar . each of his song seems to be written and sung for me and only for me , his voice is so intimate that he seems to be wispering at my ear .

the album i like most is "our endless numbered days" wich i advise anybody ( no matter what kind of music he's into ) to listen . all his songs are great so i couldn't choose one .

 

The new one kills . Also, 'Woman King' EP is one of the best albums ever released by anybody.

What a brilliant song writter.

I just downloaded The Shepherds Dog but I haven't given it a fair shot yet. If it is anything like everything he has done in the past it'll get the nod on the ipod.

It isn't bad at all. Definitely worth the listen and many more.

The brilliance is still there but it is no longer bare bones. A much fuller sound. Go download it!

Don't get me wrong: I love Iron & Wine. But, I have to be careful not to listen to his music if I'm at all tired because it can put you to sleep like that. He's an incredible songwriter though.

 

Iron and Wine...great! I think that's all I have to say.

 

i've heard alot of good things about iron & wine, a few friends have seen a live show, but i've never indulged in the music, who can recommend some tracks to start me out on?

Ohhhh, I love his music... some of it breaks my heart but it is so in depth and so beautiful and the emotion involved is overwhelming. I cannot listen to his music without crying, either joy filled tears or sorrow.

 

amazing voice and song writer, he's starting to get pretty big.

I have yet to hear a voice better than Sam Beam's of Iron & Wine.
I listen to him everyday. First song learned on guitar is by him.

 

A very good song is Sea and the Rhythm. Also listen around to some songs off his album "The Shepard's Dog"
