    Well Maverick, is that ALL you have to say about it?

    Well, what do you expect? This is a global terrorists organization. It's not in one country. It's easy to bomb Germany, or England, but this is harder. And of course the ranks are going to increase, these people's minds are twisted.

    I think Bush was hoping that a "free" Iraq would have a positive long-term effect on the reguion, sort of like what the French Revolution did in Europe. Maybe it'll work and the idea of democracy will catch on to places like Iran and Saudi Arabia, who knows?

    This definitely can't be good for us now though.

    i can't help thinking that ANY sort of action on the part of the USA against any arab or muslim group would be a catalyst for increasing terrorist group recruitment. it's just time for this sort of thing.

    Yeah, perhaps it'll also catch on in the US, and maybe this year we can really have FREE & FAIR elections instead of a coup.
