Will Iran place conditions on their peaceful resolution of the conflict with the UK by insisting that the peaceful resolution of the Palestinian conflict with Israel becomes part of the deal ???
The UK alone doesn't have the political weight to swing that kind of deal on its' own, and Trump seems far too pro-Israel to allow that. He recognised Jerusalem as the capital of Israel for example.
The Iranians support the Palestinians. The Palestine crisis has persisted for 70 years. The current diplomatic spat between Iran and the UK over the detention of a couple of Oil Tankers, needs resolution. Iran (might) impose conditions on the peaceful resolution of this diplomatic spat, by insisting that the Palestinian crisis be resolved as part and parcel of the resolution of the diplomatic spat.
The Palestinian crisis is one Muslims invented as an excuse to attack Israel. Seriously, if everyone in Israel left right this minute, and the Palestinians moved in, all of their neighbors would invade and show them the meaning of Muslim brotherly love.
Remember Bush Sr. claimed there was no linkage between Kuwait and Palestine. Saddam had insisted the UN enforce its early resolutions (242 & 338) on the Israel occupation of Palestinian lands as they had been defined by the UN in November 1947. Bush told Iraq there would be no linkage and he attacked Iraq in January 1991. The USA has used the Security council nearly 80 times to help Israel over Arab/Palestinian matters.
Errrmmm - who actually made him a criminal ??? - he was an officer in the army, but also a political dissident who had no power. That 'power' was given to him by the CIA and vast amounts of weaponry provided by the US !!!
I read that when I looked in this thread earlier, and I said to myself, I probably wasn't even really interested.
Palestinians might as well be taking money from the devil to fight Israel. Past a certain point, you have to ask yourself whether something is worth your soul.
Yeah that's why I looked, I saw that I had been in it, and I said... wait a minute, that doesn't look like something I'd be interested in. hmmm. Oh yep, I'm pretty sure I wasn't.
