I'm about to hit my midlife crisis too. Been watching some edgy videos. I'd avoid attaching a label at this point. If for nothing else he would immediately feel you are unsatisfied with him, and marriage is kinda a big deal. My wife said once "If you cheat I'm giving up on men and going lesbian." good to get those things out in the open I say.
