I was browsing the Oxballs web site & ran across their WIZZ PLUGGER machined pissplug + liquid silicone buttplug OXBALLS. It's basically a butt plug with a through hole that a hose attaches to & goes to a hollow penis plug. I mostly do solo play, so my first thought was to insert both ends of that tou into myself.
