Sexual anhendonia (pleasure dissociative orgasmic syndrome) is probably the name of your problem. My brother had it or I probably would have never heard of it. It could have lots of contributing factors; alcohol use, drugs, or just stress. In other words you could make it worse by worrying about it, which truly sucks.
