When mixing Dextromethorphan and any synthetic cannibinoid, the high from the dextromethorphan becomes a lot more intense, and almost a completely new high seperate from either substance alone. Mixing DXM and marijuana even has similar effects, only milder. Now, when mixing a methylphenidate product (particularly dexmethyphenidate[focalin]), a synthetic cannibinoid, and dextromethorphan together at once, it brings on a high I have never experienced before and has a unique intensity that can't be matched by anything. If one ingredient is left out, the high isn't able to be reached. Has anyone experienced this? Anyone know why this happens? Focalin is a NDRI and dopamine releasing agent, and dextromethorphan is a seretonin reuptake inhibiter, sigma-1 receptor agonist, and an NMDA Receptor antagonist. Could adding a cannibinoid to the mix give a reasonable explanation to the intense trip?
I would think that the reason alone would be because synth cannabinoids are in and of themselves, intense. Of course the high isn't going to be the same if one is missing, that applies to all combos, and as most know, adding cannabinoids to anything usually potentiates it.
