Information On Mobile Home Parks Or Cheap Houses

I need some information on Mobile Home Parks.

Where can I find a MHP with low monthly Rent ? ( below $300) Anywhere in OR.

Which park got the least rules ?

Is it possible to find a Trailer on its own small piece of property for around $35000 ? ( With Well,Septic, Phone/Cable)

Can I buy somewhere in OR a fixer upper house for $35000 ?

The point is, I want to move to OR and will have about 35K for Housing, but don't really want to live in a park with 400-500 Bucks lot rent and rules dictating me what color I can paint my house or how my landscape has to look like....

The towns of Burns, Hines, Rome, Jordan Valley, & Lakeview used to be priced in that area. Might even find something in Ontario or Vale. Uncertain about anything north of Baker City.
