wasn't sure if I shoulda posted this in another forum, but I thought it would be fine here.... I need to ask my midwife about this, but I can't get in to see her until Thursday... I have a ridiculous problem with gawd awful yeast infections. I had a horrible one when I first got pregnant and wasn't able to treat it until I got to my second trimester. It went away without a problem, but then when I started to treat the UTI that I had with penicillin, the infection came back, just like I was expecting it to. It wasn't all that bad, so I tried to keep it under control myself, but now it's back to what it was before...itchy, rashed, painful, swollen, etc... Am I going to be alright treating this so close to my due date? I am worried that if I went into labor tomorrow that it might cause some kind of infection in the baby. On top of that, now I have an ear infection, too. i can't hear shit and it hurts like hell. I'm a mess! lol
YOu can do Monistat 7. You should also take some pro-biotics 3 times a day until your flora is balanced again. Cut out sugars; white sugar, bread and grains and fruit juices, limit your fruit to only one serving a day, Yeast lurves sugar.
