Industrial Techno Pussy Punk/mindless selfindulgence

didn't know what genre this band is, so I did a search and it came up Industrial Techno Pussy Punk....I think they're ok from the clips I heard on their myspace site. they're playing in town tonight, my daughter and her friend went, just curious about them. she told me "mom you wouldn't like them" but actually they are ok I think. Just wanted to throw this out there and see what you think.

 

THEY SUCK,i realy hate them i mean i can not stand them,pure shit,this is coming from a kid who loves gothic techno and ICP

 

anyone else? i sincerely do not know this band, but on the couple of songs I heard they sounded tight, why do you hate them?

 

i dont like there music i also dont like whole band image either i find them to very ignorant,i am i huge indutrial fan they are not industrail nor do i find them punk either

OK, that is why I liked them I guess. I can understand why you wouldn't though. stay true to your genre . I was a big David Bowie, Iggy, Mott the Hoople fan in my youth so maybe they remind me of those....it's all cool, what do you like, deadonceagain? I've always liked punk but don't know all the sub genres.

yeah, they are not a band I would pay to see myself, but was curious. I always like to hear music I havent heard before, but I lean towards other genres nowadays.

 

I don't like their image much either...

but still, I love them
the music is so high energy and original (well an original mixture anyways) some of their lyrics are shitty but others are pure genius I definently wouldn't call them ignorant... and their use of bass is simply amazing, they are one of my fav. current bands, Ween, Bloodhound Gang, and White Stripes are definently above them a lil'

 

i realy dont know how so many people like them,i heard about 4 or5 songs from them,there song writing is horrible and i ddint like the music either,im pretty big on industrial i actuly made industrial music for a while but moved on to a more wider style band,im not into punk realy,more electronica,folk rock and rock with some wierd band thrown in there

 

they are kinda like black rave music from what iv heard.
