Incoming flights for Toronto Pearson airport

Incoming flights have never stopped within Canada through out this entire lock down. No outgoing flights, can someone explain this? Many of these flights, while it will read montreal to Toronto, Vancouver to Toronto, these are last legs of the flights. You will see lists of airlines the transport of people started on.

it does not make sense. Originally Coming from Japan, China, India, Italy, Germany, Pakistan, etc...

those above are just for tomorrow. Been like this since March. They told us all flights had stopped. Just another lie.
