    .... in my country it is already tomorrow.

    Also in Asian countries it is already tomorrow, but not in all African countries I think. And not in the Americas.

    Or vice versa. This always confuses me.

    true, but everywhere today will end up tomorrow and everywhere that is already tomorrow will be the next day when today becomes tomorrow

    time MUST be relative.

    Newton's law put an end to that idea. there is no absolute standard of time.

    I've never understood why the Polish goverment didn't call FDR and tell him "Hey! It's tomorrow here and it sucks! Since it's still today over there could you call Hitler and see if you can stall him?"

    Yes but FDR (Felix Darago Rosenboom) was the American president at the time and it was, remember, still today here.
