When everywhere you look girls dressing in not much becomes boring, stale, expected.

It's not a big issue for me, @Grandeur.
I've always found that to be rather immature; both on the part of girls who try to amplify their sex appeal, and the men who objectify them.
It's not unattractive, but I don't think that's what you mean.

I think mini shorts are fine. It really depends on why the girl is wearing the shorts. I think it's inappropriate for younger girls, and I wouldn't want my 12 year old daughter wearing them; so perhaps I find them somewhat promiscuous. But I don't mind that sort of thing, really.

I'm not opposed to mini-shorts, but if I have to decide whether or not they make me horny being a westerner I would say I'm not ashamed to be horny. It's not shameful. There's no problem in that area, but I think there are other things that are more important.

Do you focus a lot on the intentions of women in your life? Have you been rejected?

You can adjust to their attitude. Make yourself a little promiscuous too! Lol. Well, I take that back... You don't have to go that route. But maybe learn to accept that's just an attention seeking behavior. And they're really seeking negative attention.

I think that behavior is rebellious. Most parents tell girls not to wear revealing outfits or shorts that are too short for them. Women who are actually promiscuous don't do that... lol

 

I can say no one gets horny when I wear my short shorts. Unless they have an affinity for biscuit dough

I'm kidding. But you should consider being easy going about it. And I should take my own sometimes... You know @Grandeur, you bring up an interesting point. Why do women dress the way they do? I guess I don't really see it as a message that the wearer is promiscuous. I see it as a handicap to be honest. There is something deeper going on with that is my only guess, man.

 

The main difference is that here in the west, we don't just walk up to every girl wearing shorts and say..."Good morning, I am horny".
