in serious need of help

iv been beating my head into the desk trying too find a 4-ho-mipt vendor and i v spent countless hours and i can't find it can somone pm me a good search engine too search through or a vendor it would be greatly apriciated

 

anyone out therre

 

is it legal? i have no idea what it is but if it is legal find the common name and search that in google then look through 3-6 pages of uselessness before finding a good one
