I work in a convienent store, and yes (in america at least) you have to have ID. for anything tobacco related (except lighters), including the chew without any tobacco in it lol. and alcohol, even Odouls. lol. .. and ephedrine. or how ever you spell the methheads drug.

its for learning to quit, i believe. that way they are still doing the addiction to the habit of having it there, but getting over the physical addiction.

Haha... there's this crazy black dude I know who always wears bright/tie-dye bowling shirts. He used to give me blunts and papers for a dollar, no tax, at this place in my town... No ID either. Aha, he's always trying to get reactions out of the customers.

    you dont.

some cashiers just do it cause they dont want to give it to you. like when i worked downtown, they told me to ID the venue kids for lighters if i wanted. and i was all "why?" and they were all "well you know they are using them to smoke, and they shouldnt be doing that.. some of them are 14!" and i said "well i really dont have control over that and its their choice".
it just matters on the cashier.
we have the right not to sell you anything we dont want to. like the no shirt no shoes policy.. we can kick you out for it if we want, even though theres no law.

I don't think they would really care about age ...
I mean , if you can buy alcohol without having to show your ID why would they ask your ID if you wanna buy rolling paper [IMG][IMG]

    At some places yes ...
If you don't look like an inspector, if you know the cashier or something ...
    Apparently it's pretty easy
I didn't try it out yet [IMG]
I will try this summer though :D

lol yea man, we live in a very smooth province, 90% of the time, if ye look "old enough" they wont card you, sometimes they card you just so the camera sees the guy gave ID... even if they ask ID and ye give em your real one, chances are theyll let ye go. its just so that the camera sees it
