I had my prostate removed do to cancer. My doctor suggested an implant that pumps saline solution into tubes in the penis. Anyone have any experience with this?
No, I personally don’t have a pump. But we have a close friend that has one. That said, My wife and I play with his wife and him as a foursome. If you choose to get the pump make sure to get what “you” ask for. A “Quality” device for your quality of life. Get one that will engorge both your width and length. Ask your urologist/ surgeon about implanting what “you” want. My friend has a saline pump and it works very well. He showed us how he pumps it up. He can have extended sex with my wife. Only problem is, he does not orgasm or cum. Hope this helps.
What I wonder is if there is still good feelings when he is fucking. Sometimes I'd rather enjoy the feelings I get from her pussy and to hell with cumming. Don't have a problem with having an erection but I've been unable to cum off and on lately even when I'm deep in a nice warm pussy. Just a few weeks ago I could almost get there but didn't. We ended up with her masturbating me as I devoured her nipples. Of course she had a finger up my ass when I did. When I came I just curled up in a ball and shook it was so intense. But then these last few years my orgasms seemed to have gotten real intense. Back to the question. As you can tell I don't need help, yet. But a friend of mine has an implant. He tells me he has a balloon surgically inserted into his penis, a reservoir in his abdomen, and a little squeeze pump in his scrotum. All he does is squeeze his ball sack and his cock comes to life. He can theoretically fuck for hours on end as long as he has the stamina. He can even ejaculate. It's a high dollar system but it works for him.
Interesting and I'd like to learn more about this issue in case it happens to me later in life. I get it that there's no cum, due to having no prostate. But, I wonder, is there not even orgasmic contractions even though there's nothing to cum out? I know the example/description to follow, next, is a different situation but, when I had my first two orgasms, they were a proper big thing even though no cum came out. I'm hoping that description will be useful in describing his orgasm or sensations because, isn't the prostate a gland and not muscle? So what happened to the muscles that should contract during orgasm?
I appreciate the insight to my question. I have an appointment for a consultation next week. Reading your comments about not being able to cum with no prostate that is kind of complicated. I get the sensation of an orgasam but I don't ejaculate. My wife is very good at oral sex and makes me cum every time. We both miss penatration and she is pretty excited about the staying hard thing.
Here's the thing about orgasm and ejaculation in men. They are two separate functions of the male sex cycle. I've had orgasms and not ejaculated. I've ejaculated and really not had an orgasm. Pay attention to your body as you near the climax. Feel the onset of orgasm and then the beginning of ejaculation or maybe the other way around. You might start to squirt out semen and then the OMG feeling takes over your body and mind. It is two different functions even though they tend to occur at the same time. But you can have one without the other. Personally, I much rather enjoy my orgasm whether I ejaculate or not. So those of you who no longer ejaculate semen can still have the muscle contractions that feel so good.
How did your appointment go? Made any decisions concerning implant? I've had implant just over three years, so feel free to post any questions and I'll do my best to answer.
