Immigrants

How come in nyc immigrants or certain races of people only hire there own race but if the person was white they have to hire all races of people the double standard to me is so hypocritical. I think if you are here I'm on america you should benefit all.people not just people who look even talk like u its.like people have such a 1950 s mentality
