I'm not overdue by much, and I'm still feeling pretty good, but any labor vibes you guys can muster would be accepted with a smile :)

I'm not doing anything to try to get things moving besides staying as active as I can. If I could bare to hop in the sac with my hub, I would, but that's asking a lot ;) LOL. I've had my membranes stripped in my previous two pregnancies and that resulted in super long labors, so I think I'm just going to let my body go into labor without any help this time.

Anyway, that's it. Just looking for some long distance positive thoughts :)

    Thanks :D

    LABOR LABOR LABOR LABOR........

Do you feel like having sex? That always started labor for me. ;) Especially if you come and he does, too. All those prostaglandins get that labor started........sometimes. It depends on the mama and the baby.

I might try that tonight. I've been O'ing on my own once a day too so I've got that half covered anyway ;) I'm VERY emotional today so I'm hoping the end is near.

I'll light a candle for a safe labor. Any labor poops yet? (That was always my first sign. What a thing to talk about.)

All of my kiddos were late. Number 4 was due on May 3rd. She finally made her appearance on May 30. She knew what she was getting into in this life and didn't want to do it. Oh well, she's pregnant with her third now. No labor vibes for her for several months though please. It took two years of fertility treatments to get this one started. Let's keep her cookin for a bit.

Hope the little one comes soon Colorful. I know how miserable those last few weeks can be.

I was overdue with all three of mine, trust me I get it! With my third I found that using visualization helped immensly with the ease and grace of the labor. It was a matter of working with my body opposed to against it. After 3 kids I was able to see a dramatic differance between the births by just using that simple teqnique. I tried sex, orageno and basil, spicy foods every you could imagine to induce labor and nothing worked. However, blue (black works but not as well) cohosh worked wonders for helping me to dialate faster, you can get it at the health food store. They don't recomend it for pregnant women on the labal but that is because if you are ready it can stimulate uteran contractions. SInce your past you due date it should be fine. I had a native american duela and midwife that recomended it for me. Best of luck!
