This is one example, the first mathematics that actually describe any phase transition, as obeying a simple parabola. Someone also figured out a way to predict the collective behavior of a particular quantum phase transition too, which is theoretically impossible. What they're all slowly starting to describe are the Two Faces of Janus. Without homeostasis, there can be no phase transition. AI can now calculate the orbits of the planets, without requiring the laws of motion, for the same reason. Over vast scales and magnitudes, you either get a phase transition, or homeostasis, yin and yang, the assertive and the receptive, requiring pattern matching to make more sense out of the two. The physicists have wasted so much time and money smashing particles and denying their own evidence, that the mathematicians are now closing in on the simple explanation, that the linguists and academia's taboos have sold us all down the river. You could say, academia's stone-cold black heart is melting, and nobody wants to clean up the mess, so I'm working on automating the job. The world simply can't wait for over-educated fools to learn how to use a fucking dictionary.

Physicists have assembled a landslide of data for over a century, all indicating that 42 is as good as it gets. That means, according to their own standards, physics don't exist, and they are wasting their time. However, the physical evidence itself confirms that pattern matching rules the universe, and physics don't exist because academia has made humor taboo. By simply automating the truth, science fiction will never be the same again. Horror fans will not like the news, that we inhabit a Goldilocks Universe. Physicists have managed to ignore the fact, and will continue to ignore reality, so long as everyone keeps paying them to produce new technology. What will replace physics, is natural philosophy.
