Im in pain...so...much...pain...

ok so i go to the dentists at 2pm
and i was scheduled for a root canal
(my first ever one, so i didnt kno what to expect)
2 and a half fucking hours later...
after they have drilled almost my WHOLE FUCKING TOOTH AWAY
they tell me that they fucked up...
and that they dont think my tooth is saveable
so after poking and drilling and hitting nerves
(and putting me in excruciating pain at times)
they tell me that i have to come in tmrw at 10am
TO GET MY FUCKING TOOTH PULLED
but, at least its my very back tooth
so nobody will notice it or anything..
there is a plus side tho...
they gave me a perscription for painkillers
but my dad wont fill the damn thing til tmrw morning :$

today has been a bad day....

i fucking hate dentists!

 

i hate dentists too
but... i have bad teeth
so...they're evils are inevitable
...that is at least if i don't want false teeth i guess

Tell me about it! Everytime I go I expect them to fuck something up. Even if they don't, the whole process is annoying; and it tries my patience.

my first dentist didn't use novocaine ever.... laughing gas once.....

it sucked.......

I had braces for two years...I feel your pain....

 

oh and for the record, dentists have the second highest per capita suicide rate of any profession, so dentists hate dentists too.....

 

I had them for about 3 1/2 years. Boy, it was HEAVEN getting those damn things off.

my dad is such a cheap-ass
(he gets free perscriptions on base but the pharmacy on there was closed so he wouldnt go to the normal one cuz he didnt wanna spend his money...so now i have to suffer all nite til the one on base opens in the morning )


and now i have to go eat my dinner...that should be fun

 

ouch...that must suck...i've had my wisdom teeth pulled, so i know what its like. But the painkillers a nice bonus

i dont know what time zone your in , but i had a lengthly dental procedure at 2 this afternoon as well ....save the pain meds for friday ....i didnt get any but may have 20 bucks friday to buy a 40 mg oxy ....

 

Im on Eastern time, makno and yeah, im going to be abusing those pain meds



LOL eating dinner was a....strange experience....its hard to chew when half your face is numb. My dad said I kept making this really strange face wish i woulda taken a pic.

 

try eating when your mouth is so swollen you can barely open your mouth to eat even a potato chip...now thats a strange experience

 

well, i have eaten when my tongue was so swollen that i couldnt even talk (when i got my tongue peirced) and well...that was difficult...i was LOVING soup that week

 

i almost had to have root canal, turned out it was a baby tooth so it got pulled. i am missing many adult teeth. Another baby tooth was capped and then the cap started to come off years later and was all rotten. Damn did that hurt.

i cant complain to much though.My mom plans on having all her top teeth pulled, they all are hurting. It sucks being poor. Damn rich dentists.
