i'm confused, and it's pissing me off

I'm frustrated. It seems that i'm always spinning my wheels in matters of love and life. About three years ago I got out of a very bad relationship, and thought it would be a good idea to not date for awhile and let my tired mind heal. The healing process took longer than expected, and now it is three years later. My problem is that I can not find anybody whom I remotely like, and on top of that I feel that I even that I found a woman i liked I would go by unnoticed, because I am a poor college student with a shitty job/car/appartment, and little money. Am I crazy, or have i been out of the game so long i forgot how to play.

comments? suggestions? A swift kick to the head?

i know where your coming from dude i havent dated in about 2.5 years. my last girl cheated on me with one of my friends and ive been done with girls since then. i sometimes want to go with a girl but like you i let finances get in the way for one thing, im a poor school boy dont have my drives liscense and our car is ugly. you will find the right girl i am sure. sometimes you need to stop searching for the dream and let it come to you. just because you havent had someone in a long time make sure not to jump into it to fast though. me myself i dont know if i ever will, i like the affection but i am never sure if i want to be in that position again.

your not crazy you are human and have a desire for affection and love, it is natural. maybe the reason you forgot "hot to play" is because the right person has not been there yet, like i said above, patience.

 

Aw, I'm sorry burnt. Not all girls care about money--I don't. You're still young, someone will come your way. Do you live in a big city where you could meet lots of people, or do you live a small town? I'm not suggesting you move just to enhance your dating prospects of course, but it could be a factor. I'm here for ya!

For starters,you don't want a girl that will only date you because you have all those things you mentioned.You want a girl that likes YOU.

First off don't be so hard on yourself.....you have a lot going for you.....school....a job...car and an apartment!.....If any chick isn't interested in you because you dont have a lot of $.....that's a red flag right there.....she should have $ of her own....are you being too choosy? Live in a remote area? I say put yourself out there on the market and let it be known you are single and looking....put yourself in places that you have interest in. Your next girlfriend is already out there looking for you.

You shouldnt put yourself down, you are on your own, supporting yourself. When I come home from my shitty job and open my can of spaghetti O's and turn on my tv which only has like 12 channels..I think to myself, how happy i actually am..you dont need money to make you happy, I have enough to make me happy and to have a simple peaceful life..and I know as time goes by, I will get a better job, get a better place and so on..But be happy with what you have, cause some people dont even have that..
