So I figured this would be the best place to ask this since you guys are pros on the subject. I live in Va, and one day when I got off work I walking in the house from a sweaty day of heat and took my clothes off at the door. Now my living room windows have blinds and curtains that are closed but one of the windows I have the blinds half open and the curtain half pulled open so the dog can look out the window while I'm gone. Anywho, as I walked away from my front do naked I passed by my window a few time, but on the last time my neighbor was standing right infront of my window and got a nice view of me nude. Now I was semi turned on just from walking around naked so it's not like I was purposely flashing her (yeah it was a woman). Now my driveway is long and my yard is surrounded by trees so there is no other way anyone could see me even if I walked outside. So can she if she wanted to, get the police involved in this.? She knock on my door and I got some shorts and a shirt on and apolligized like a thousand times to her and she told me it was ok. She is like in her early 50s and I'm 29 so yeah... If only she knew returning my mail came with a mental image she would never forget.
I don't think you have anything to worry about. You are entittledto be naked in your house and it wasn't like you were standing in front of the window waiting to flash someone.
Yeah I'm sure if she was super offended by it I would have herd from the cops by now. It happens about two weeks ago.
Funny coincidence, but this very similar incident which got written up a lot at the time, did happen in Virginia: http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/04/07/va-man-acquitted-flashing-passers-home/
Holy crap that is funny! We are the same age too! Yeah but the difference is I about dropped to the floor to conceal myself, and I don't live in a neighborhood, I kinda live off a main road. Still though, hillarious! Must be a Va thing, we love to be naked. Lol
