just being a lazy bum and browsing youtube, came across this and wondered who here has seen it? History of Opiate Laws
I've seen it on the history channel. Were I alive in the 1800's I'd be drinking laudanum like water. It just sounds all sorts of awesome.
pure pharmaceutical heroin, morphine, cocaine, methamphetamine it was all legal!!! i watched this b4, theres alotta other parts though about cocaine, cannabis, meth, ecstasy, lsd... actually id be interested in trying pure pharamceutical cocaine more than pharmaceutical heroin, reason is that we have alotta pharamceutical opiates these days but no pharmaceutical cocaine...
they use lidocaine more often... pharmaceutical cocaine is RARELY used... actually not sure if its used in the states at all, but i kinda heard that its used in the UK if specified..
My friend is doing his rotations for his third year of pharmacy school, and he has been in a hospital rotation for the past couple weeks, and has seen it used quite a few times. He even saw it being used as a topical agent onto somebody's skin for some reason. And no, it wasn't Lidocaine.
i believe you cuz in some cases cocaine should be used for having properties which other topical agents dont have... however LONG time ago you could go into a pharmacy and buy a bottle of heroin and a bottle of cocaine just like that.. IMAGINE THAT!
Yeah, I remember seeing a picture of a bottle of Heroin, made by the company Bayer. There it is. Also, there was Cocaine tooth drops, for toothaches.
15cents.. good lord.. take me back to the 1800s.. NOW!.. but then again.. historians always live by the saying "history repeats itself".. maybe one day
 This situation might be an exception to that rule haha. Then again... It almost happened in Mexico. Good old Mexico
that's because if the US don't find it fit.. they will.. with their iron grip on others governments.. pursued countries to change their laws to fit the US governments demands.. gotta love the US.. aka the Capt'n Save A Ho of the world
but with bush gone and obama in, (even though he wont answer any questions on marijuana) theres a second chance for laws like those
