i would say its satire. however with all satire there is always some truth to it..
how much is what they really feel and how much is a joke is up to you to decide..

 

I've been reading around there and its obvious that its a joke, but reading more posts some seem to be quite serious to me at least.
One thing is for certain though, most of the forum's population appear to be enjoying their welfare 'phat' checks and want to make it even 'phatter'.
